Isabella is a narrative driven Surface Designer and screenprinter whose work is inspired by pattern, colour and textures in her surroundings, in and around London and on her travels.
Her experimental approach to screen printing and technique of layering colour and motifs brings the stories of these spaces to life through print. A silk screen obsessive, Isabella welcomes the hiccups and happy accidents that can accompany her process and it is this experimental approach to printing and strong hand-drawn style that gives her work its vibrancy in colour and texture.
Having graduated with a First Class (BA Hons) Degree in Surface Design at the London College of Communication, UAL Isabella has been invited to sell her tableware collections at Made in Arts London's pop up shop at We Built this City on London's Carnaby Street and Old Street Underground station. Isabella has designed a limited edition tea caddy design for Whittard of Chelsea which was sold online and in stores nationwide last year.
