The standard shipping charge is £4.50, for Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery.
All small ceramics including mugs, individual plates, individual bowls and teacups and saucers are sent as small parcels via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery.
All ceramic dining sets are sent as small-medium parcels via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery.
We aim to despatch all orders between 2-4 working days, from when the order is placed, you will be notified when you order has been despatched and emailed a tracking number.
All orders of ceramics will be sent as signed for and insured.
For next day delivery please contact Isabella for a delivery quote before placing your order.
If you are London based Isabella will be moving to a new studio in Spring 2017 where orders can also be collected direct from the studio free of charge on weekends. Please contact the studio to arrange a collection time and date.
EU and Worldwide Shipping

We will be able to offer you a tailored quote for your order based on your location and shopping cart items.
We aim to keep a selection of products in stock throughout the year, for standard shipping in the UK. If your desired product is in stock it will be dispatched within 2-4 days of receiving your order.
For all handmade to order items, please expect your order to be made and dispatched within 2-3 weeks of ordering. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched including any tracking numbers for the delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If any item you purchase from the website should arrive damaged please get in touch by emailing email@example.com within 7 days of receipt so we can advise the best course of action. In most cases we will ask you to return the damaged item to us or to provie a photo for a refund or exchange. The cost of returning the item will be refunded to you. If you are returning goods you must retain your proof of postage to ensure we can refund you fully. Please do not return the item without getting in touch first.
Please note that:
-Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable unless they arrive damaged.
-Made to order items are non-returnable.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of and orders placed on www.isabellapagnotta.co.uk website. By placing an order with Isabella Pagnotta you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. As textile products are screen printed by hand there may be a slight variation in colour. Please note that there may also be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.
We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of a change in VAT.
Orders can be processed directly through this web site, card payments are processed securely via Paypal. All transactions are processed using a secure server. Isabella Pagnotta does not hold any customer card details and will never pass your details on to anyone.
Isabella Pagnotta is happy to exchange or refund any unwanted or faulty full priced items returned to us in original condition and packaging, unused within 7 days. Please email before sending any goods back so we know to expect it. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you return any items via recordable post as we can not be held responsible for any return items that go missing.
