I love working on a bespoke order. I get to hear the stories my customers have to tell, whether it be the story behind where a soon-to-be married couple met and how they would like a nod to this on their wedding invitations or a childhood memory captured on a bespoke ceramic gift set.

Organic is a term used in relation to food, to identify food that is free of chemical fertilisers, genetic-modification and additives such as preservatives and colourings. Increasingly, the term “organic” is being applied to skincare, though the definition for “organic” skincare is vague. INNI by La Source’s guarantee however, is that our plant-based products all do not contain mineral oil, parabens, fillers, artificial colourants and fragrances.

No, INNI by La Source products are free of synthetic preservatives, fillers, colourants and fragrances as well as parabens and mineral oil.

INNI by La Source products are all researched and produced Canadian laboratories.

All my designs begin as hand-painted or hand-drawn artworks in my London based studio.

I work closely with a pottery based in Stoke-On-Trent, the heart of the British ceramics industry, to produce my ceramic products. Designs are printed and applied by hand to each piece before being fired.

Our products are plant and nature-derived, and are created to be as gentle on and nourishing to the skin, as possible. Allergic reactions are rare. It is however possible to be allergic to almost anything, including naturally-occurring substances and matter. If you suspect sensitivity to an ingredient, please conduct a patch test first, on a small area of your skin.

INNI by La Source products are not tested on animals.

The protection of our planet and its natural resources are very important to me; I am continuously looking at new ways I can offer customers sustainable products and ways in which I can make the way I work and my studio greener, by talking to my suppliers, looking for new solutions and considering the life cycle of my products.

Below are some of the ways I am working sustainably:

Products:

My hand-made paper goods are made from recycled cotton rag.

All paper goods are printed using FSC certified paper stock.

All ceramics are made in a Stoke-On-Trent based pottery who share my studio's commitment to sustainability.

I also offers recyclable paper and envelope qualities for bespoke stationery orders.

Please check each product's description as I include as much transparency as possible for each item, please do get in touch if you have any questions.

Packaging:

I use very little plastic in my packaging, ensuring that what is used is either re-used from other deliveries I receive or can be recycled.

I use biodegradable packing chips to protect your ceramic orders.

In the studio:

I use water-based inks only.

I recycle and re-use all materials where possible.

I am currently in the process of renovating a new studio space and am conscious of the impact the materials I choose will have on our planet, follow my Instagram for updates on the renovation.

INNI by La Source products largely use 100% plant-derived ingredients. Our “Skin Restoration Night Balm”, “Soft & Smooth Lip Balm”, “Release Soothing Balm” and “Healing & Hydrating Body Lotion” are 4 products which contain beeswax.

INNI by La Source products do not contain Retinoids and Salicylic Acid. The topical use of such ingredients in small quantities (such as skincare) have not been proven to cause any complications to the child or at birth.

The beauty of bespoke orders is that they are all different and each usually requires a different lead time. My lead times vary throughout the year so it's best to get in touch as early as possible if you require your piece for a specific date or event.

You will receive a timeline for samples and finished pieces tailored to your request upon placing your order.

If you have a deadline or would like to receive your order by a specified date please do mention this when you get in touch and I will do my best to accomodate this.
