Shipping & Returns
Please note delivery is currently only available to UK addresses.
If you live outside the UK and would like to place an order, please send me a message via the Contact page.
The standard shipping charge is £4.50, for Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery.
All small ceramics including mugs, individual plates, individual bowls and teacup and saucer sets are sent as small parcels via Royal Mail.
All ceramic dining sets are sent via Parcel Force.
I keep a selection of products in stock throughout the year for standard shipping in the UK. If you're desired product is in stock I aim to despatch all orders between 2-4 working days from when the order is placed.
For all made to order items, please expect your order to be made and dispatched within 2-3 weeks of ordering.
You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you or your loved one.
For next day delivery please contact me for a delivery quote before placing your order.
If you are London based you are welcome to collect your order at an agreed time and date from my studio in North London (N4), please select 'Studio collection' in the delivery drop down menu when placing your order.
EU & Worldwide SHIPPING
If you live outside the UK and would like to place an order, please send me a message via the Contact page. I will be able to offer you a tailored quote for your order based on your location and weight of your items.
Return & Exchange Policy
I am happy to exchange or refund any unwanted items returned to me in its original condition and packaging, unused and within 7 days of receipt. If you are returning goods you must retain your proof of postage to ensure I can provide you with a full refund. Please notify me via the contact page before sending any items back so I can look out for it in the post!
Please kindly note that sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable unless they arrive damaged.
If any item you purchase from the website should arrive damaged please get in touch within 7 days of receipt so I can advise the best course of action.
Terms & conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the use of and orders placed on www.isabellapagnotta.co.uk website. By placing an order with Isabella Pagnotta will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, measurements and prices are correct. As Textile products are screen-printed by hand there may be a slight variation in colour between batches. Please note that there may be some variation in the colour of the goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.
We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of a change in VAT.
Isabella Pagnotta is happy to exchange or refund any unwanted of faulty, full-priced items returned to us in their original condition and packaging and unused, within 7 days of receipt. Please notify us if you would like to return your order so that we can advise the best course of action. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you return any items via a recorded post option as we cannot be held responsible for any return items that go missing.
